Dee is a personal coach and an enduro mountain bike athlete. He creates personalized coaching programs as well as several online programs. Dee’s programs help his clients build strength to deal with the rigors of extreme mountain biking.

The idea is to build strength, build mobility, build flexibility and power to create a stronger fitness foundation for mountain biking and enduro mountain biking. This goes against the old approach where people just rode their bike a lot to train and stay in shape.

The training approach is top level, and Dee and his team take what they do seriously and work with athletes who want to be the best they can be on and off their bikes.

There is no doubt that Dee experiences Flow while competing. It is interesting to me that he seems to also enter the Flow state while helping his clients achieve their higher levels of performance.
